At CfL, we offer various types of courses. On this page, we have gathered all the practical information you may find useful before, during, and after a course.

CfL is located 500 meters from Østerport Station in Copenhagen, with excellent bus, train, and metro connections.
We also provide covered bicycle parking both at the front and rear of the building.

For those driving electric cars, we have 10 charging stations from Clever. Please use these spaces if you need to charge your car during your visit.
The reception is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Our information screens display the room where your course will take place. If you have any questions on the day, feel free to visit the reception.
If you are running late, please call our reception at +45 7023 0022 to notify us.
Our phone hours are Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Unless specified otherwise in your course invitation, breakfast will be available in CfL's restaurant from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please email forretningssupport@cfl.dk as soon as possible, so we can inform the kitchen in time.
If you are attending a course at one of our external venues, please make sure to check the specific details with the respective conference location.
Some of our sessions are held via Teams. You will receive a link to the session in advance. It is recommended to log in at least 10 minutes before the session begins. Please ensure you are in a quiet environment and check that both your audio and microphone are working.
If you are enrolled in a course at CfL without accommodation, the course fee does not include an overnight stay.

Please be aware that CfL is not affiliated with any of the listed hotels, and you will need to contact the hotel directly if you wish to arrange accommodation.
When you are enrolled in a course with accommodation, the cost of the stay is included in the course fee.
At CfL, courses with accommodation are offered because we believe that social interaction between participants is a key part of the course experience. As course activities extend into the evening, we recommend that you stay overnight as planned. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please note that the course fee, including accommodation, will remain the same.
CfL's course materials, assignments, etc., are uploaded to a participant page that is accessible only to participants of the specific course. In some courses, handouts will be provided on individual course days.
Please note that all intellectual property rights to the written materials belong to CfL. The materials are protected under copyright and marketing laws, and therefore, copying—whether mechanical, photographic, or any other form of reproduction or duplication of the materials or parts thereof—is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing with CfL.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate as proof of your participation. To receive the certificate, you must have attended all course days.
