Danish HR Law – in house training for managers and HR

This one-day course is aimed at English speaking managers and HR-professionals, who need a basic knowledge of Danish HR Law.

The course will give the participants:

  • An introduction to the Danish Labour Market Model
  • An understanding of the managerial rights & duties
  • An overview of basic HR Law, focusing on the salaried employees.

  • The managerial rights & duties
  • Non-discrimination
  • Basic HR Law - issues when hiring, terms & conditions, sick leave and holiday, maternity/paternity leave, change of terms & conditions, warnings, termination with or without notice.


DKK 22.950 for members of CfL and DKK 27.000 for other companies, VAT and expenses excluded, for a full day.


Your company site. If preferred, it is also possible to rent a conference room at CfL.
