CfL's purpose is to improve leadership quality in Denmark. Through our wide range of events, we ensure you are kept up to date with the latest leadership and HR challenges and trends. When signing up, you can usually choose whether to attend online or in person in Copenhagen.

While our events are open to all – and if your organization is a CfL member, you and your HR or management colleagues will have free and exclusive access to CfL Clubhouse meetings.
