How Bunzl Nordic Strengthened Its Leadership Culture with CfL

As Bunzl Nordic grew from two to seven companies across the Nordics, a new need emerged: Many leaders came from specialist backgrounds and required a boost in leadership competencies. Six months later, they had a shared leadership toolbox to carry the culture forward.

Following a careful market review, HR Lead Solveig Mørk Heron chose CfL to design a tailored leadership development programme. The journey included five in-person modules focused on hands-on, real-world leadership training.

The results were both measurable and visible in everyday practice:
