At DKTV, Lars Sander, Director of Transformation & HR, and the executive team wanted more than just standard leadership theories. They wanted a programme tailored to their business.
Together with CfL, we developed a customized course for 20 leaders across teams and seniority levels. Based on interviews with the executive team and in-depth company research, the programme focused on real challenges their leaders face.
