Binding course registration

Registration is generally binding. Any de-registration or transfer must be made in writing in accordance with the guidelines below, by email to kundeservice@cfl.dk.

 

De-registration or transfer

Up to 7 weeks before course commencement, you can de-register from the course free of charge or transfer to a later or different course.

Any de-registration or transfer later than 7 weeks before the start of a course, is subject to the following fee:

  • 7-2 weeks before course commencement: 35%
  • Later than 2 weeks before course commencement: 100%

 

Give your place to a colleague

Your organisation is allowed to replace a registered course attendee with another eligible attendee up to 10 days before course commencement. Please note that, for our authorisation and certification programmes, the colleague is required to meet the eligibility criteria.

 

Course cancellation

In order to guarantee the high standard of CfL courses, we reserve the right to cancel courses, e.g. if the number of attendees is too low the individual attendee will not gain maximum benefit from the course, in which case, we offer a place on a later course.

CfL reserves the right to cancel courses due to instructor illness or the like, including force majeure, in which case, CfL will offer to hold the course at a later date to be arranged with the client.

If CfL offers to hold the course within a reasonable timeframe, the client may not request remedy for non-conformance due to the cancellation.

 

Course fee

The course fee includes course materials and catering. The fee for residential courses also includes accommodation, unless otherwise stated in the course description.

The fee is exclusive of VAT.

Invoices are issued approx. 7 weeks before course commencement.

CfL reserves the right to increase its fees at any time without notice and makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy and validity of published course information.
